Fresh Breath Tips... Everyone fights bad breath at some point or another. Here's some suggestions to help: Eliminate the causative agents, bacteria and food particles. Brush your tongue! Make a new habit of keeping a brush, toothpaste and floss with you at work, in your desk or purse. You will not gag while brushing your tongue if you stick you tongue way out and watch what you are doing in the mirror! Mouthwash. Avoid mouthwashes which contain alcohol. Instead, try a mouthwash that contains chlorine dioxide which neutralizes the odor-causing compounds. Baking soda. Baking soda is an effective odor eliminator. If you can handle the taste, try brushing with baking soda and water. Or, try a tooth paste which contains baking soda.
Have your teeth professionally cleaned and examined at least twice a year. ![]() |
